By downloading or using the Āroham application ("App"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
These terms apply to all users of the App and this website.
Āroham is intended for educational purposes, specifically for preparation of the UGC NET examination in Ancient Indian History & Culture and Archaeology.
You agree to use the App only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not misuse, copy, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the App.
All content within the App — including but not limited to quiz questions, study material, graphics, illustrations, maps, app design, and source code — is the intellectual property of Parth Akshay and is protected under applicable Indian and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, redistribute, or republish any content from the App without prior written permission.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials. Āroham collects your name and email address solely to manage your account and personalise your experience.
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties. Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase infrastructure.
Āroham is free to use. Any monetary contributions made through the App ("Donations") are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations support the ongoing development and maintenance of the App and do not grant any additional rights or premium features unless explicitly stated.
While every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of study material and quiz content, Āroham makes no guarantee that all information is error-free, complete, or up to date. Users are advised to cross-reference with official UGC NET syllabi and standard academic sources.
Āroham shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on content within the App.
These Terms may be updated from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page reflects the most recent revision.
